"Standard 1 and Standard 2"

Together with Standard 2, Standard 1 represents since many years Selecta's top capacity cleaning and grading machine, especially used in vegetable and flower seed processing. The machine is designed for operation in stock seed multiplications in breeding programmes of major field crops as well, essentially it's designed for all customers who demand quick and thorough cleaning and a maximum retention of valuable seed.

- regular flow feeding with VIDOS vibration feeder hopper or belt feeder.
- Pre cleaning with suction fan.
- 3 sieve levels.
- After blast for fine cleaning / grading by precision air blast fan.

- Sieves dimensions: 105 cm * 130 cm (width * length), Standard 2 = 74 cm * 105 cm.
- Sieves are cleaned by means of elastic balls.
- Capacity up to 1500 kg / h with bold seeds (Standard 2 up to 900 kg / h)
- Precise and reproducible settings.
