"STREAMLINE 50-2 Easy Clean"
The Streamline 50-2 is the smallest version of the Streamline. The "Easy Clean" version is particularly useful for plant breeding and seed multiplication. A wide range of sieves makes this machine suitable for seed cleaning of most crops.
The new easy clean-out version enables very quick processing with small samples of corn etc.
Very fast processing (samples per hour) without any chance of contamination is the result.
For operators convenience, all functions are electronically controlled and reproducible, with special buttons for full speed of air- fan, feeder, sieving and all functions combined, adding up to less time per sample with high screening precision.
The new Streamline 50 has a very open construction optimizing access for inspection and clean out.

Main details of the Streamline 50-2 Easy Clean
- Feeding by VIDOS vibrating feeder for a regular flow, with integrated stepless speed adjustment
   for very accurate feeding. Capacity of feeding hopper 10 litres. (other hopper sizes on request)
- Feeder mounted on the side of the frame for easy check of the cleaning of the sieves and
   sieve-booth
- The machine works with 2 sieve levels. Sieve dimensions: width 40 cm. length 54 cm.
- Equipped with extra device for very easy operation with 1 sieve level.
- The sieves are self-cleaning, by means of elastic balls.
- The sieves are fitted in the machine by a central clamp-locking system for fast changing
   of the sieves and thorough cleaning of the machine.
- The vibration-frequency of the sieves is steplessly adjustable assuring optimal cleaning results.
- Absence of vibration is achieved by application of counter-balance for the sieve-booth.
- The speed of the air blast cleaning fan is steplessly adjustable by a precision fine
   tuning unit, assuring very accurate air blast cleaning of the seeds.
- Transparent inspection window in air blast cleaning section.
- All functions are electronically controlled and reproducible, with special buttons for full speed of
   air-fan, feeder, sieving and all functions combined.
- The machine has a very low noise level.
- Very easy and thorough cleaning of the machine and no contamination risk, because of the
   open construction.
